"Tiny" Tim
Been a minute since I have taken the time to post on here. 13.1 in the books and I came in under the 150 I wanted but still put up a 128 with some missed gym time in the pass month due to the plague. Not going to lie about being less than excited about this workout but it was nice to push myself to a level I don’t find on a daily basis.

Did my first CrossFit competition in a while over the last weekend and finished 10 of 24 teams in the Rx division. Highlight of the day was winning the 3 minute max ground to overhead workout with a total of 450lbs. Can’t say I am in near the motor shape for something like this but it was sure fun to compete again.

Badass person and even more badass results.. CrossFit.. If you don’t know now you know..
How do you celebrate losing 100lbs? How about by getting on a roller coaster, just like the one they wouldn’t let you on about a year ago, please meet my CFBN buddy Steve Stought.
A note we got from the man, the myth, the legend himself…
I started CFBN full time mid July 2011. My starting weight on 3/28/11 was 336 pounds. I think I was down 25-30 pounds by just changing my eating habits at first, but then I needed to make another change and CFBN was definitely the answer. My weight is now 235 pounds. I figure people always wonder what made the spark that fuels the desire to make a change such as mine. My turning point came when I was down in Orlando last spring and wasn’t able to ride most of the roller coasters at Universal Studios. The embarrassment was plenty to make me realize my situation was not healthy. I vowed to return to theme park in the near future and redeem myself. Sure enough last month, I was down in Atlanta and went to Six Flags. To my own surprise, there were no issues boarding any of the rides and I never received any hesitant looks from the staff which haunted me the year before.
I’m excited to now know what I’m capable of and what the future may now hold.
Thanks, Stought
